Participation Agreement Form

The Bob Harrison 2021 Hawaii Increase Event, herein after referred to as “The Event,” is conducted by Harrison International Seminars in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a religious non-profit corporation.

Attendee reservation is accepted under the following terms:

1. EVENT RESERVATIONS: No reservation is considered “valid” until a Registration Fee has been received.
2. EVENT PARTICIPATION:
   1. The Event is a conference with teaching and activities based upon traditional Bible-based values and
   2. We may refuse to accept or retain anyone as a participant at any time whenever, in our sole judgment, their behavior or conditions so warrants. In such case a proportionate refund will be made on the Registration Fee. No refund will be made for any airfare, hotel and/or other personal
3. CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS, AND REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation, your right to a refund, if any, is limited by the following conditions:
   1. Registration Fees & Processing/Meal/Break Fees (hereinafter referred to as PMB) are fully refundable up to January 9, 2021, less a $50 Cancellation Processing If registration is cancelled January 9-February 9, 2021, half (50%) of the Registration and PMB Fees are refundable. If registration is cancelled after February 9, 2021, the Registration and PMB Fees are non-refundable. However, non-refunded Registration Fees may be transferred to a future Bob Harrison Increase Event within the next two years or may be donated to Harrison International Ministries.
   2. No Shows forfeit the right to have Registration and PMB Fees refunded or transferred to future
   3. Any refund request must be submitted within 30 days after cancellation notice is received by us.
   4. Refunds will reflect adjustments for all cancellation charges (if any) imposed by suppliers. No refund will be made for any transportation, accommodations, tours or special services which you voluntarily did not use. Any feature designated as “complimentary included” is provided without cost to you and has no refund value.
4. HOTEL/AIRLINE TOUR RESERVATIONS:
   1. The Event has negotiated special rates and discounts for participants for travel and The Event does not provide, nor is it responsible for, airline reservations or hotel reservations and/or accommodations. Although The Event takes great care in recommending tour suppliers and vendors, it does not control them and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. Services are subject to conditions imposed by these suppliers who may limit their liability by tariffs, contract, and international agreements.
   2. We are not responsible to you for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of your injury, accident, death, loss or delay of your baggage or other property, or delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, or frustration, whether physical or mental resulting from the act or omission of any person or firm supplying your tour services or from mechanical breakdowns, government actions, strikes, Acts of God and/or the inability due to bad weather or any other reason to land the aircraft or problems caused by your failure to present an acceptable form of identification when boarding an aircraft, and/or your failure to follow instructions including, but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage
   3. Accommodations are based on two persons sharing a room with a private bath and shower at the hotel advertised or similar hotels. A single room may be provided at an additional supplement. Rooms are assigned by the hotel upon arrival based on current availability and may vary in size, amenity, and location. The hotel’s right is reserved to substitute accommodations of similar category if necessary.
5. TRANSPORTATION TRANSFERS: Transfers between airports and hotels, or vice-versa, are not provided by The Event unless you have received written verification of same from us.
6. SUBSTITUTION: The Event reserves the right to change schedules, speakers, activities, vendors, and/or room accommodations if the need so arises.
7. LIABILITY: Neither the Event, nor its staff, shall be responsible for Acts of Omissions or for accidents except in cases of gross negligence.
8. PLEASE BE ADVISED: By attending the Event, you consent to being taped, recorded and/or photographed during sessions, activities or events. Bob Harrison Increase Events tapes, records and/or takes photographs for television/radio/internet broadcasts/etc. for archival purposes and for use with promotions and advertisements.Bob Harrison Increase Events/Harrison International Seminars must receive this form before attendee participation in The Event will be permitted. However, the absence of this form does not change any of the terms stated in Item #3.

COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver

The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which Harrison International Seminars. (the “Organization”) adheres to comply.

In consideration of my participation in The Event, I (on behalf of myself and my family), acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am aware of the existence of the risk upon my physical appearance at the venue and my participation in The Event that may cause injury or illness such as, but not limited to Influenza, MRSA, or COVID-19 that may lead to paralysis or death.
• I have not experienced symptoms of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, dry cough or exhibiting any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 or any communicable disease within the last 14 days.

Following the pronouncements above I hereby declare the following:

• I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during my participation and I recognize that I may be in any case at risk of contracting COVID-19.

• With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge the Organization, its board, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me/my family related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

• I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organization from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.

By signing I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Liability Release Waiver and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and am fully competent to give my consent; That I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in signing it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in signing this Liability Release Waiver as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.

This waiver will remain in effect until laws and mandates relevant to COVID-19 are lifted.

PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
